Conditions of Supply:
Cancellations:
No order of the Customer may be canceled by the Customer, except with the express agreement of Duncan Lamont (Proprietor) and on such terms as Duncan Lamont (Proprietor) may require. All Cancellations will be subject to a Retention Fee of 50% of the order price.
Alterations:
No order of the Customer may be varied, altered or deferred by the Customer, except with the agreement in writing of Duncan Lamont (Proprietor) and on the terms that the Customer shall indemnify Duncan Lamont (Proprietor) in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (Including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges & expenses incurred by Duncan Lamont (Proprietor) as a result of such variation, alteration or deferment and subject to any reasonable adjustment to the Contract price which may be requested by Duncan Lamont (Proprietor).
Law:
These Conditions of Supply shall be subject to and construed under Scottish Law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of th Scottish Courts for that purpose.
