Terms and Conditions

We want to be your favorite supplier of custom made metal products & artwork, whether you're a business or a personal customer. We will always endeavor to provide you with the highest level of service and honest, impartial and accurate advice on the products listed in our pages.
We understand that despite our best efforts to guide you towards the best product for your project, that sometimes, the product you have chosen just isn't right for you. We will gladly refund any product that is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it providing that:
  • You notify us by email prior to returning the item and abide by any instruction that we give you
  • That the product has not been used in any way
  • That the packaging of the product is intact
  • That the product is in perfect and re-saleable condition
  • That the product is returned in any protective packaging that it was supplied in
All items will be thoroughly checked upon arrival to our workshop prior to any refund being made. Failure to comply with all of the above points may result in a refund not being given and the product being returned to you. Any refunds made for items that are not faulty will be less any delivery costs paid by you, as this is a service that has been provided and used.
Please note that the possession title remains with you until the returning item(s) have been received back by us and as such, you will be responsible for the item whilst it is in transit back to us. Please therefore ensure that you pack all items being returned well in strong and robust packaging and also consider insuring the item(s) for whilst they are in transit, just in case of any mishaps with the parcel carrier, as we will not refund any item that is not received back to us in a re-saleable condition.
In the unlikely event of your purchased product developing a fault, then please let us know immediately and we will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund. Every item that we sell is sold fit for purpose, and as such any replacement or refund offered will be based upon the product being used for its intended use. We will not provide a refund or replacement if the product is damaged due to misuse, or being used to undertake tasks for which it is not designed, and as such, we strongly recommend that you read fully the item's description in our pages and also any manufacturers guidelines supplied with the product prior to use to ensure that it is the right product for the task you are about to undertake.
Please note: Customised/Personalised Artwork Products cannot be returned, as they have been manufactured to your specifications. If you do not accept these terms, then please do not purchase these products.
We cannot and will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage due to any product fault or delivery failure, as these contributing factors are out of our realm of control. We will however, always endeavor to assist you and rectify any problems that may occur in the swiftest time possible to ensure the best outcome for you.
The content of the 7050PS website, including the design, text and images are owned by 7050PS with copyright title and as such, we will execute our copyright title and make claims against any person or company found to be using any design, text, or image taken from the 7050PS website without prior consent. This limitation does not extend to any text, image or PDF document supplied to us by our suppliers with their consent.

Refund Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 7050ps@gmail.com and send your item to: Craigowan, Todhills, Tealing Dundee Angus Scotland DD4 0QA.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7050PS, Craigowan, Todhills, Tealing Dundee Angus Scotland DD4 0QA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
